Our Mission

Our mission is to purchase distressed homes which have been left in disheveled condition and are in much need of a healthy rehab. By adding value to these properties we will be increasing the value of the neighboring properties, making the neighborhood safer and giving a new family a bright beautiful place to call home. Once we’ve finished a rehab we’ll sell the property or hold onto it as a short-term or long-term rental.

We also own and operate a five bedroom short-term rental which we rehabbed and just couldn’t let go! This was the first of several homes we are going to operate as short-term rentals.
