Today’s port of call was La Paz and we opted for more of an adventurous shore excursion. A 90 minute hike on the trails of Balandra Bay. 🥾🥾. At times I felt part goat 🐐. The view at the top was spectacular. Following the hike we relaxed at Tecolate Beach for a swim 🏊‍♂️ and a cool 🍺.

Today’s port of call was Cabo San Lucas, since I’ve been many times we opted for a shore excursion outside of Cabo San Lucas. 🇲🇽
We visited Todas Santos, an hour north outside of Cabo San Lucas.
Todas Santos is a small village, a haven for artists 👨‍🎨 and surfers 🏄‍♂️. Lunch was at the famous Hotel California. Legend has it that this hotel inspired the Eagles to write their iconic song.
After a refreshing margarita🍸, it’s time for dinner.

Just back from a quick 5 night getaway to Los Cabos, Mexico⛱ We stayed at the Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos, a beautiful resort located right on the beach. The most memorable moment was relaxing on the beach and watching whales🐋🐋breaching. The cabanas on the beach came in a close second😍. Reach out to us if your interested in a winter getaway.

Day 7. Today we traveled over 300 miles from Seville to Madrid. We stopped in Cordoba to visit the magnificent Mezquira, a 8th century mosque with a Christian cathedral built inside it. Truly amazing architecture. Since we didn’t spend much time in Madrid, I guess I’ll have to come back.

Day 2. Today we experienced two of Barcelona’s top attractions. First stop was Montserrat home to the Benedictine Abbey of Santa Martia located high atop the mountains outside of Barcelona. Second stop was Sagrada Familia, Gaudi’s masterpiece that is still under construction.
