Most people are taught how to work a job…

That’s one reason I believe travel is more than vacations. It can also teach everyday people business skills, service, organization, communication, and leadership.

W-2 teaches employment structure.
1099 teaches ownership responsibility.

Neither is “bad.” But they are different mindsets.
