More 5 star reviews make us SMILE!!! We have very few nights left in September and are already booking for next summer!!! Our calendar opens up for you in April! We hope you come and stay at The Coady Cottage!

We are looking for a cleaning team starting in April! Our bookings are typically 3-7 nights, with some rare 2 night bookings we may sneak in during the week. Our ideal cleaning team has to be flexible on our days. I may consider hiring more than one team just to make sure the schedule can work for everyone if that is wanted.

That’s changing out bedding for 4 bedrooms (5 beds), cleaning 1.5 bathrooms, washing/folding all towels, and detail cleaning the whole home. This is light cleaning, as it’s done very frequent, but we expect perfect detail every time for our guests. Outside of the home we have a deck with patio furniture and a table set that has to be cleaned up, and the deck carpet vacuumed. We need the boat cleaned up, mancave in the garage cleaned up, all other yard furniture cleaned up, and the hot tub treated, vacuumed, netted. We will train in person.

Changeover times are from 11am-3pm. Currently my parents are doing them and it takes them 3 hours to do the inside and outside together, totalling 6 hours of labor.

We are looking for a 6 month lease from October 1- March 31 if you know of anyone looking! This will be great for someone between homes/building.
