Riverside Tiny House has a loft with a full and a full sofa sleeper. Rates-May-July $100.00 per night Aug-Sep $125.00 per night

Riverside Log Cabin has 1 brdm w/queen and a loft w/ 2 fulls. Rates May-July $150.00 Aug-Sep $200.00

All rates are for Dbl Occupancy. There is a $25.00 fee per night per additional guest

There is a 12% sales tax on all room rates

All facilities are newly remodeled have Full kitchenette, Cable TV, Internet, Parking, BBQ, Washer & Dryer plus a X-tra freezer to store your catch. Access to docks/boat parking and a fire pit in the evening to relax, cook hot dogs and make smores.

Anyone planning on having a garage/rumage sale soon? We have a lot of blankets and misc items we would love to donate. All in good shape. did not know the Salvation Army is no longer open for donations. Another option is if someone might have an empty truck or car going to Anc that they would be willing to drop off at Salvation Army there? Will have it all bagged up and ready to go.
