Welcome to the Crystal City! Enjoy a relaxing stay in a two-story updated house boasting 3 bedrooms located on second floor. The stairs to second level have 13 steps. The finished basement which has 9 steps provide an additional sleeping accommodation. Two full bathrooms are located on the first and second levels of the house. If you or your loved ones have small kids or mobility issues, this might be an inconvenience or safety issue. All bedrooms have smart tv’s.

The house does not have a fence. Security cameras are installed located on both front sides of the house and one at the front door which also serves as the entry door for guests/doorbell. One camera is plcaed at the deck area. There is one camera inside the house which is in the storage room and is NOT accessible to guests.

The house has one designated outdoor parking space for one car only and it is shared with our neighbor. Free street parking but please be aware of the schedule, the town is strictly enforcing parking rules.

Please treat the house with same respect as you would do your own home. Do not rearrange furnitures and no eating in tbe bedroom

No pets and no visitors allowed
Keep noise to a minimum l, quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7am.

The house is on a two-way street and windows face the street. You will hear noises of vehicles passing by infrequently. White noise machines will be provided as per request.

Good restaurants at Market street are a convenient 2 minute drive or 13 minutes walk.

Explore Corning Museum of Glass which is a 4 minute drive or visit Watkins Glen State Park which is a 30- minute drive from the house.

The house is close to golf course,wineries, breweries and sightseeing cruises.

For motorsports fans, Watkins Goen International is also nearby. Visit Glenn H. Curtiss Museum for aviation enthusiasts.
