Sassafras Hill Productions is Ethan Setiawan and Louise Bichan’s home for all things audio and visual. Based in Maine, Sassafras Hill Records is committed to providing high quality services to roots music artists from both the creative side of music production and the technical aspects of recording, mixing and mastering, as well visual services including photography, videography, graphic design, a
rt and web design. Ethan is a house engineer at the Great North Sound Society (Parsonsfield, ME) and has a minor in Music Technology from Berklee College of Music. Louise graduated from the Glasgow School of Art in Scotland, in 2011, with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree in Visual Communications, specialising in photography, before going on to study at Berklee College of Music, majoring in Performance, with a minor in American Roots Music, graduating in 2019. Louise and Ethan balance regular touring schedules with time spent creating and collaborating. Sassafras Hill Booking is a home for Ethan Setiawan and Louise Bichan to feature their musical projects. After nearly a decade of booking their own shows, these talented members of the Northeastern roots music scene decided to create a container for their booking.
