The Cornucopia Market may be over for the season but Silver Sage Farm and Flowers still have some goodies available!

We have delicata winter squash to sell! $1.50 lb They have cured a couple weeks.
If you don’t know delicata, it’s a very sweet, light squash, the skin is thin and can be eaten along with the flesh. These don’t store super long, should be consumed by Christmas time.
Split in 1/2 longways, remove seeds, bake about 20 to 30 minutes at 375 till skin begins to collapse. A little salt and butter is all it needs, although you can top it or stuff it like a boat with whatever you like!
