We normally come by boat but yesterday we had to drive down the beach. We chose the best day to do this! So many horses were out by the surf trying to enjoy the beautiful weather. We saw alllll the new babies as well!

Sometimes you need a little extra oven space. I love this convection toaster oven so much- I put one in Hot to Trot! The one we had previously was looking worn and wasn’t as big. This can cook 2 additional 12 inch pizzas for your group. I’ve put casserole dishes in there as well for more cooking capacity at the holidays.

One year, our oven unexpectedly broke and we were out of town and had to get it replaced in time for our guests to have their Sunday lasagna. This was no small feat in OBX in the summer. Luckily, our awesome handyman was able to assist! Now, by having this countertop model- we have a decent back up plan in case it happens again. We always try and keep our appliances in working order but sometimes things break at the worst times.

And bonus- it’s like an air fryer!!
