Relax and unwind while you enjoy the sunset over the Pine Island National Audubon Preserve or take a short walk to the beach. Ground Level: Provides an entrance to the home, the laundry area and a half bath that can be accessed from th

e outside while you are enjoying the private, gated pool just out back. Mid Level: This floor is home to 4 bedrooms. You will find a King mbr with HDtv/dvd and a Queen mbr with HDtv and deck access. There is also a room with 2 Bunk Sets and a trundle with tv & deck access that shares a bathroom with a room with 2 Singles, HDtv and access to a private deck. Top Level: Features a beautifully decorated great room with gas fireplace, HDtv/dvd, stereo w/ cd and deck access thru a sliding glass door. The well-equipped kitchen has island seating for 2, while the separate dining area seats 10 more. There is also a lovely King mbr with HDtv and dvd. Rounding out this floor is a half bath and a screened porch outside. Extras: Private Pool (14 x 35 - available from 5/6 until 10/7/17), Hot Tub, 6 TVs, 4 DVDs, stereo w/ cd, gas fireplace (Winter only), basketball hoop, wireless internet, gas grill, outside speakers, screened porch, baby gate. Tim and Scot removed 2 fiberglass tub showers and installed new tile walls and floor for 2 of the master bathrooms.

While we were visiting Corolla we took some photos. Beach is only 5 minute walk away. The dogs loved the daily walks!
