Sunday to Sunday rental, ideal for those who are only able to stay a for the weekend. The private neighborhood beach access is a quick 7 minute walk around the neighborhood lake. Short drive to the 4x4 beach access or the Currituck Lighthouse in Historic Corolla Park. A mile from the Currituck Club Golf Course, grocery stores and the Timbuck II Shopping Village. The new walking/biking path adjacent to Route 12 makes getting around and/or exercising safe and enjoyable. The off season (October through December) is currently blocked off to give us time to make any updates to the house/property.
