Picked up some new wall decor in Sedona today for one of the balcony rooms. I've had my eye on it for a while; happy it was still there. Goes perfectly with the new rust and forest green color scheme in that room.

Doesn't look like much now, but exciting things are happening at High Desert Vista! Irrigation system going in, along with conduit for electric on other side of driveway. Soon, we'll be adding a birding area with feeders and a water feature, plus a path with benches for viewing birds, the red rocks, or the night sky.
