What’s hotter than a Georgia farmhouse in August? Being on the spot where several iconic TVD scenes took place! Here are a few scenes from one of our Mystic Adventure tours last weekend. It was a HOT one here in Georgia. Thankfully we have an air-conditioned bus to retreat from the heat. During this time of year, we recommend you bring a water bottle and one of those neck air conditioner fans to help keep you cool when we are exploring locations. We ended the day at the Salvatore Boarding School where Mystic kitty was ready to loudly greet us!

Who’s excited to meet Mr. Clarke during Hawkins Weekend?

Randy Havens, the actor who brought Hawkins’ favorite science teacher to life, will be joining the fun! One of my favorite Mr. Clarke moments is when Joyce visits him for help figuring out why her magnets have stopped working. As he demonstrates electromagnetism beside his miniature town, you can spot a tiny Beetlejuice tombstone—such a cool tribute to Winona Ryder and her role as Lydia Deetz!

Bubba says “Hi!” Our Covington Movie Tour (CMT) takes you to many local filming locations including those from “Heat of the Night.” We even stop at our local visitor center where you can see many props and artifacts from filming and get your picture with Bubba. Do you know you can still watch “Heat of the Night”? It’s on Tubi and Prime Video.
