Desirae just took some photos of beach walkway, beach and dunes. Seems
Hurricane Milton brought us some high tides for now but left us with our walkways and newer dunes in tact- thank goodness.

A few photos, property seemed to hold up very well other than the normal wind damage. People out already putting tree debris in piles for maintenance. Our community is so great to all come together and help when there is a need. Teamwork is wonderful!

Just waiting on update from Desirae- she is on property. Heard lights out since @ 2:30 am last night. Dunes looked fairly in place after the storm. Hope everything was ok- I’m sure there was lots of fascia & soffit damage from all the wind.

Pray downtown At Augustine did not sustain too much flooding.

Hurricane Milton is coming on land in the Tampa area- prayers go out to all those folks on the Gulf Coast.

Steve and Alan have prepared the property, pools and tennis courts to get ahead of the storm.

They have issued evacuation orders starting Wednesday morning beginning at 8am.- some are leaving , some staying. We should be in the Office until noon tomorrow. We will be closed on Thursday and reopening the Office on Friday if the bridges are open.

Stay safe. We will alert you after the storm is over.
