Our time in Moab was not all rainbows and sunshine, it actually had a lot of pain and suffering 😬

RV life never goes according to plan but sometimes issues are self induced… The tree was fine but our camper was not. We spent many hours trying to get our RV livable and drivable again.

How to visit outer space 🚀⬇️

➡️ Share this with someone who needs a US road trip and 📌 save this for your travel bucket list!

The U.S. is one of the most geographically diverse countries on Earth, and these 10 places prove it:

🔥 Death Valley, CA — Vast salt flats and the hottest temperatures on Earth
🦇 Carlsbad Caverns, NM — A massive underground world hidden beneath the desert
🪐 Hanksville, UT — So Mars-like that scientists use it to simulate life on the Red Planet and ALSO looks like the moon
🏜️ Badlands NP, SD — Colorful rock formations carved into an alien landscape
🌋 Yellowstone NP, WY — Geysers, hot springs, and steaming terrain unlike anywhere else
🧡 Bryce Canyon NP, UT — Thousands of towering hoodoos fill the horizon
👹 Goblin Valley, UT — Weird rock formations that look like stone creatures
🤍 White Sands NP, NM — Endless white dunes made of sparkling gypsum
🌵 Joshua Tree NP, CA — Twisted trees and giant boulders straight out of a sci-fi film
🔥 Valley of Fire, NV — Bright red sandstone that looks like another world

Which one would you explore first? 👇

Do you think it was worth it??

Photos don’t do it justice (these are just iPhone pics) but this was a beautiful sunrise at Mesa Arch in Canyonlands National Park 😍 a must do when in Moab!

Would you get up early for a beautiful sunrise??

These tend to get overlooked due to lower annual visitation, remote locations, being harder to reach, or simply not getting as much hype online as parks like Zion, Yosemite, or Glacier.

But honestly? Some of these ended up becoming our FAVORITES because of the smaller crowds and unique experiences. 👇

➡️ Share this with a fellow National Park lover and comment below 👇 which parks you’d add to the list!

🌲 Kenai Fjords National Park, Alaska
Tons of glaciers and wildlife everywhere. Spend at least 2 days here.

🐂 Theodore Roosevelt National Park, North Dakota
Badlands filled with bison, prairie dogs, and wild horses and few crowds. Spend 1-2 days.

🖤 Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, Colorado
Steep cliffs and dramatic canyon views. Spend half a day or 1 day.

🦇 Carlsbad Caverns National Park, New Mexico
Massive cave chambers and a cool bat flight program in summer! Need half day to full day.

🌊 Channel Islands National Park, California
Only accessible by ferry. Sea caves, cliffs, kayaking, and tons of wildlife. Plan at least a full day per island.

🛶 Isle Royale National Park, Michigan
Only accessible by ferry or seaplane and best for backpackers and wilderness lovers. Most people spend multiple days here but can be a day trip too.

🌵 Saguaro National Park, Arizona
Massive cactus forests with unreal sunsets and desert scenery straight out of a western movie. Spend 1-2 days.

🤍 White Sands National Park, New Mexico
Miles of bright white gypsum dunes that look like snow. Perfect half day or full day park.

🏜️ Big Bend National Park, Texas
One of the most remote parks in the country with mountains, desert, canyons, hot springs, and some of the darkest skies in the US. You really need 3+ days here because distances are HUGE.

🏛️ Mesa Verde National Park, Colorado
One of the most fascinating parks historically with ancient cliff dwellings built directly into canyon walls. Need 1 full day.

Which underrated national park deserves more attention?? 👇

Land of the free, because of the brave ❤️🤍💙

We are taking time on this long weekend to remember the men and women who gave their lives so that we could enjoy the freedoms we have today. Thank you to all who have served 🇺🇸

Same place, completely different view 🤯

Timing makes such a huge difference. The iconic pink lake near Salt Lake City is a vibrant pink color in late summer/early fall. Not so much in spring 😂 very much dried up and very much not pink.

We drove an hour away knowing the view might not live up to our expectations but we were hopeful anyways. We were let down but it was still a pretty drive and now a funny story.

Have you had a similar social media vs reality experience??
