A little side project of mine — for fellow Airbnb/VRBO hosts 🏡

If you’ve ever juggled Airbnb, VRBO, and a cleaner’s schedule by hand, you know the drill — checking three calendars, texting your cleaner the dates, hoping nothing slips through the cracks.

I got tired of doing that manually for my own place, so I built Turnover Time: it syncs your Airbnb/VRBO calendars automatically and texts your cleaner before every checkout — dates, times, and a calendar snapshot, no separate app for them to download.

Still in beta and free for the first 50 hosts who sign up — turnovertime.app if you want to try it, and I’d love to hear from any host friends who’ve dealt with the same headache.

🧹✨ Calling all short-term rental hosts!

I’ve been building a free app called Turnover Time to make managing cleanings between guests way less stressful — and I’m looking for a few hosts who’d like to try it out for free and share feedback to help me improve it.

www.turnovertime.app

Here’s what it does:
📅 Syncs with your Airbnb & VRBO calendars so all your bookings live in one place
📲 Texts and emails your cleaner reminders before every checkout, automatically
🔄 Automatically sends an updated calendar whenever there’s a new booking, a cancellation, or a booking change — so your cleaner is never working off old info
✅ Share a read-only calendar and cleaning schedule with your cleaners — no login needed, always up to date
👆 Assign different cleaners to different bookings in one click, even across multiple properties
📊 Works across multiple properties at once, so nothing falls through the cracks

If you manage even one rental and want cleaning day to run itself instead of a string of texts, this is built for exactly that.

It’s completely free to try right now — I’d love your feedback as I keep improving it. Drop a comment or send me a message if you’d like early access!

Manage cleaning schedules and turnovers across your short-term rental properties.
