To All Members:
Due to the recent storm, many of the roadways have had mud and debris washed onto them. Yeiders Creek and Issacs Creek are currently very high with fast moving waters. Roads in this area are more affected. Please use caution while driving. Maintenance staff have been notified and will be working to clear the debris from the roadways.

Due to the current forecast, Management has moved the deadline for boat storage from tomorrow, Tuesday March 14 to Thursday, March 16th. Payment must be received no later than 5PM on Thursday, March 16th.

The current forecast is calling for a significant amount of snow later this evening into tomorrow. There is a possibility of 8"-12" expected. Maintenance will be on site prior to the weather event beginning and will remain on site throughout the inclement weather. The back gate will be open as soon as the snow begins. As always, please drive slowly and use caution.

The current forecast is calling for snow later tonight through tomorrow morning. There is a possible accumulation expected of 1"-4", possibly more in higher elevations. Maintenance staff will be on call for snow removal and the back gate will be opened when/if the snow begins. Please use caution and drive safely.

HOLIDAY MOVIE NIGHT

The LHCC Community Group will be showing “The Muppet Christmas Carol" on Friday December 2nd 7pm-9pm at the LHCC

Clubhouse. We will be serving hot chocolate and cookies.

Children are encouraged to wear their PJ's and bring a stuffed

Construction on the Clubhouse roof and columns is scheduled to begin on Monday November 7th and will continue throughout the week until the work is complete. Please use caution around the Clubhouse.

To All Members:

This is a reminder that tonight is Halloween and our tiny residents will be out enjoying the holiday. Trunk or Treat and the Spooky Trail will be at the Clubhouse tonight from 6PM to 8PM. Although we have the Trunk or Treat many kids still trick or treat door to door. If you are handing out candy, please turn on your porch lights for the children. Also there are many winding roads and dark areas with decreased visibility. Please DRIVE SLOWLY AND USE CAUTION!! Help us make this a SAFE and HAPPY Halloween for the children.
