There's a moment at Jazz Café Alto where you stop thinking about what you're supposed to do next.

The itinerary disappears. The musicians are close enough that you can watch their fingers play every note.

Higgins and Will found this place in the show. But it's been here since 1953 — long before Ted Lasso, long before anyone needed a reason to walk through that door.

Look for the golden saxophone above the entrance. Walk in, even if it seems full. It's always a little full. The drinks are good, the music is better, and your night deserves it.

I didn't build this trip from a fan list.
I built it from a question I couldn't stop asking: Would this place matter to me if the show didn't exist?

The Crown & Anchor- definitely passed. Crystal Palace passed with flying colors. Seeing Richmond with Emmy, the OG Ted Lasso Tour guide— passed without hesitation.

Some things didn't make it. For logistical reasons, because they dont actually exist or because you would wonder why I dragged you an hour outside of London to see "Taste of Athens," which is actually an Italian restaurant.
And that's exactly the point.

The Van Gogh Museum isn't included because it appeared in season two. It's here because standing in front of Sunflowers is one of those moments that quietly rearranges something in you.

That's the difference between a filming location tour and a trip worth taking.

The UK quietly became a country you have to apply to visit.

As of February 2026, Americans need an Electronic Travel Authorization before boarding any flight to Britain. No ETA, no boarding — airlines are enforcing it at the gate.

It costs £20, takes minutes to apply, and is valid for two years. Approval usually comes within minutes.
