Announcing…a washing machine and dryer for our lower unit of Banana Tree! This project was a labor of love and much planning for Walt and his buddy Evan to pull off. We are so happy for our guests to be able to do laundry while staying in the lower unit. No one likes doing chores on vacation but it’s better than suffering through stinky clothes!

Hello there! We want to take a moment and introduce ourselves. We are Walt and Grace Henson and we had the great fortune to buy Banana Tree in 2025. We live in Mississippi with our three daughters. Our love for St. John began in 2016 as newlyweds on our honeymoon. We came back to Love City over and over again, until we thought maybe it be worthwhile to just find a place of our own. We were so delighted to realize this dream last year with Banana Tree. We have some exciting updates planned for 2026 and we can’t wait to share them with you!
