We’ve waited 3.5 years to see these blooms in person, and they have shown out for our last night! Our night blooming cereus bloomed last night and tonight! So incredible. It started out as a little vine that I didn’t have any clue about when we bought Peachy, and has grown to a very healthy, happy plant 🥰❤️🥰

After another very hard day of work (inventory, scrubbed the decks, upholstery and rug cleaning, new linen laundering, pressure washing for days….) we made it out to the neighborhood bar with one of our favorite neighbors and saw lots of friends 🥰. Love this time of year.

Of course that’s Jeff Miller on the roof pressure washing in his flip flops - if he can’t wear those, he’s not going! Even if it means he’s on the roof on the side of a mountain.

Cistern gutters clean - ✅
Solar hot water heater clean - ✅
No real shoes worn in paradise - ✅

I also did stuff - we just have to get him to take photos to prove it 😂

It’s always fun to post the pretty things, but sometimes, it’s also fun to show you what the hosts’ “Just Peachy” St. John Vacation looks like!

It’s work week, and we have an ambitious itinerary. We arrived yesterday, and I am definitely the hostess with the mostess luggage!! Here’s to day 1!

We are feeling so very fortunate with Hurricaine Erin passing so close to St. John (especially after becoming a Category 5 overnight) and having no issues. We actually had guests in the house, and they never lost power. Loving our new solar! 18 hours without power from WAPA, and Peachy never went dark!!

Our guests can book with peace of mind that, even in a storm, we’ll leave a light on for you ☺️🌀🍑🌴🍹
