We are feeling so very fortunate with Hurricaine Erin passing so close to St. John (especially after becoming a Category 5 overnight) and having no issues. We actually had guests in the house, and they never lost power. Loving our new solar! 18 hours without power from WAPA, and Peachy never went dark!!

Our guests can book with peace of mind that, even in a storm, we’ll leave a light on for you ☺️🌀🍑🌴🍹

It’s a “Just Peachy” day in paradise as we complete our biggest improvement project to date!

Have you been hearing about the power outages on St. John and hesitant to book a trip? Being left in the dark or the heat is no way to spend vacation. Today, our massive solar project will go live and we are hoping for 100% efficiency.

Jeff Miller and I have been on site overseeing the project (and completing many others!). With 38 panels and a backup powerwall, we’ll produce over 25,000 kWh from the beautiful Caribbean sun this year of clean energy!

Don’t be left sweating the basics, at our Villa, we strive to make everything “Just Peachy.”

Booking my next trip while on vacation, picking up real estate magazines, and researching affordability of living in paradise is definitely my toxic trait! I am basically homesick for St. John, and I don’t like being so long between trips! Have you booked your next trip to Just Peachy?? I have ☺️😜😍

Big things are coming this Spring, including a solar roof and power wall so that our guests won’t be left in the dark during island power outages.

Did I mention we’re also growing? Our newest addition - a brand new king suite will also be opening this summer. Making us a four bedroom, three and a half bath property. Grab your friends, pick a date, and let’s make your future “Just Peachy!” 🍑🌴☀️🏝️🍹

When we come home to island, we always try to leave the property a little better than we found it. This visit will include and upgraded outdoor shower experience, new parking spot, and a new king suite and bathroom coming VERY soon. Good work, good fun, amazing people. The people who love us and support us are invaluable!
