No calls before 9am or after 5pm
Please provide a personal phone number, and a firm number of people in your group. Once booked no addons, we have a limited number of boats
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are by PHONE ONLY. NO texting/ Facebook messenger, or emails will not be taken.
WE CANNOT EXCEPT (due to limited staff) messages, emails or forwarded communications from Crystal City Underground ( or any other entity they must call 636 208 5026) . We are a private vendor even though we are on their web page. We ask that they not be contacted.
We are a very small business, multiple calls may be needed to reach us. Please be patient and call again. We would love to share our adventure with you.
GROUP INFORMATION
Organized groups and Clubs reservations and details will be discussed by the owner when he returns your call.
FLOAT COST
Cash $45 dollars per person at time of float
GENERAL INFORMATION
Age limit is 13 no exceptions
Weight limit for most boats is 225
For the safety of our guides, all guests must be able to enter and exit boats without assistance.
We are not 100 percent handicap assessible. Any medical, physical or mental disabilities should be discussed at the time of reservation. Due to the extreme environment.
1.) Allow 3.5 hours for check in, and check out.
2.) Port a John prior to floating. No restroom access after float
begins for 2.5 hours.
3.) Water is 47 degrees.
4.) Air temperature 57-60 degrees year round.
5.) Floating by headlamp, all gear is loaned to you for the day of float only. Everything Must be returned after float.
6.) Dress for a cool water float. Closed toed shoes, pants, socks, a hoodie or a light jacket to layer up.
7.) NOT ALLOWED IN CAVE
Animals
Dry Bags must be left in car
NO EXCEPTIONS
8.) Smoking outside of cave only
9.) You may bring a clear plastic bag with a snack and water only.
10.) All guests are required to sign a waiver at check-in
You may bring your own kayak but it does not change the cost of the float, AND WE CANNOT LOAN YOU EQUIPMENT. if you bring your boat, you are required to bring your own headlamp, paddle, and life vest. If you forget these items we will be unable to float you that day.
11.) All guest must be able to paddle themselves approx. 3 miles NO TOWING!!!
12.) NO FI****MS OR ALCOHOL ON PREMSIS
FLOOD INFORMATION
If flood season occurs, flood will impact float season. All scheduled clients will be contacted if flooding will impact their float.
