I salvaged my 92 sovereign 15 /16 years ago and from a gentleman who was going to scrap it for the aluminum.
Yes !!! scrap it and I just couldn’t believe it got it for free with title just remove it within 24 hrs .
Spent 2 years on frame off restoring it with a 2011 interior then a tree fell on it, a flood swept it out to the bay and we just kept on going cleaned it again banged out some dents rehab once twice maybe three times but who’s counting her actually just finished new axles and a month ago never looked back.
People always ask me how is it or l always wanted one is it a lot of work or how is it.
And my response is always you will never regret it if your determined and children love road trips. My advice is always go for it and never let anyone ruin your dream.
Nothing beats airstreamin no matter what people think of age our style or size just go for it.
