Terms and Conditions for the Orthodox Pilgrimage to Bulgaria 2019:

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ!

By registering and paying your initial non-refundable deposit for the ORTHODOX BULGARIA pilgrimage, you agree and consent to the following terms and conditions:

NOTICE: The success of the pilgrimage is contingent on the timely registration of a minimum number of participants. In the unfortunate event that that minimum number is not timely reached and the pilgrimage is cancelled by organizers, all participants will receive a full refund of any and all fees paid to organizers.

In the event that a participant chooses to cancel their registration, a partial refund consisting of fees paid to organizers minus the non-refundable deposit (see brochure) will be given.

AIRFARE. Please note that the fees quoted above do not include either the cost of travel (including airfare) from the participant’s home to the pilgrimage start location or the return trip. In the event that a minimum number of participants have registered by March 31, 2019, pilgrimage organizers will attempt to enable participants to purchase airfare at a special reduced group rate. Regardless, participants are responsible to make their own initial and return travel arrangements, bear the cost of those arrangements, and are strongly encouraged to purchase from the airline the option to cancel their reservation free of charge. Absent a personal agreement with plan organizers, participants bear the risk of the cost of cancelling or changing initial and return travel arrangements.

INSURANCE. It is mandatory for participants to purchase travel insurance prior to departure to avoid or mitigate the risk of financial loss due to health emergencies and unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellation, loss of personal property, and, God forbid, injury or death. Pilgrimage organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen property or for the cost of any health care that may be needed while on pilgrimage.

ALLERGIES. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided each day during the pilgrimage. Most food allergies can be accomodated provided early notice is given to pilgrimage organizers.
