Europe’s Christmas markets open in November — and here’s the secret: go early. The crowds haven’t arrived, the lights are fresh, and you get the magic without the elbow-to-elbow.
Picture it: cobblestones, twinkling stalls, a warm cup of glühwein in your hand, somebody you love beside you.
