WMSR traveled today to the Town of Hurlock, MD, on Delmarva to inspect coaches owned by the community and used annually for their Fall Festival in October.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us today for Fireballs and Fast Freights—and an even bigger shoutout to Conductor Cameron for delivering two fantastic presentations on the history of the Western Maryland Railway around Cumberland!

We were thrilled to welcome attendees from near and far—some traveling over an hour just to experience this deep dive into our region’s railroad legacy.

Grateful to Allegany County, the Mountain Side of Maryland for organizing Museum Week 2025 and giving us the opportunity to share our story as part of this celebration of heritage and history.
