The Avalon Inn is a beautiful historic house on exquisite Cuttyhunk Island. The island is the last of the Elizabeth Islands, with views of Martha's Vineyard just across the Vineyard Sound. The Avalon Inn is a beautiful 1910 house on charming Cuttyhunk Island. The island is the last (southernmost) of the Elizabeth Islands, with views of Martha's Vineyard just across the Vineyard Sound. The Avalon offers a comfortable lodging experience with several modern upgrades to make guest comfortable yet still keeping with the old charm and history of the building. A friendly, accommodating staff lives on-site during the season to help with house maintenance and guests' needs. Weekly rentals and off season guests receive a discounted rate.
