We know we’ve been quiet lately, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in orders and the lack of communication. We pride ourselves on taking care of our community, and we know we’ve fallen short of that recently.
To give you the full picture: we’ve been in the process of moving into a new facility. Unfortunately, unexpected building and electrical code hurdles pushed our move-in date back much further than anticipated. Having already committed to the lease and moved our heavy equipment multiple times, we were in a "waiting game" for final approvals that were simply out of our hands.
The good news: We are officially in! 🚚
Our team is currently on the floor working around the clock to get every single pending order completed and shipped. This has been a challenging season for both our business and our family, and your patience has truly been our lifeline.
