as individuals we have been living on Lake Martin all of our lives and watched it grow from being the “back waters” to a thriving vacation and retirement community. Unfortunately, as a result of Lake Martin’s growth, came higher crime rates. Whether it is break-ins or in services such as lawn maintenance, housekeeping or small repairs that are not being done properly or at all. That is where Lake Martin Concierge Services comes in. We will assist you in a variety of services and management of your property’s continued care. We can direct you to service providers we know and trust and are established businesses with respected reputations.
