*Receive up to 4 complimentary rooms! Enjoy one free room night for every 9 rooms booked and paid nightly — the 10th room night is complimentary.
The complimentary room fee is $30 per night for single occupancy and $50 per night for double occupancy.
High Season: January 1 – April 30, June 16 – August 21
Mid Season: May 1 – June 15, October 1 – November 30, December 16–23
Low Season: August 22 – September 30, December 1 – 15
**Private Functions:
5-9 rooms for a minimum of 3 nights = One (1) semi-private dinner (Tables seat up to 10 guests each) or semi-private cocktail at 5:30 PM or 6:00 PM
10-15 rooms for a minimum of 3 nights or 30-47 room nights = One (1) cocktail reception for one (1) hour.
16-29 rooms for a minimum of 3 nights or 48-89 room nights = One (1) private function for two (2) hours. (Maybe a cocktail reception or dinner.)
30+ for a minimum of 3 nights or 90+ room nights = One (1) private function for three (3) hours. (Maybe a cocktail reception or dinner.)
Upgrades:
The group will receive one (1) complimentary room upgrade to the next available room category.
10-15 rooms for a minimum of 3 nights or 30-47 room nights = Upgrade by two room tiers (up to Oceanfront F&F) and based on single or double occupancy
16-29 rooms for a minimum of 3 nights or 48-89 room nights = Upgrade by two room tiers (up to Oceanfront F&F) and based on single or double occupancy
30+ for a minimum of 3 nights or 90+ room nights = Upgrade by two room tiers. Upgrade to a one-bedroom suite based on single or double occupancy
