Just secured some clients an Amazing 50th wedding anniversary trip to Italy and Greece for September 2026, 16 days total. They will be traveling to Venice, (one of my favorite places), Florence, Rome, with some day trips to Pisa and Pompeii. Then on to Santorini and Athens.
I'm so excited for them!!

Advisory – spirit Airline—All Flights Canceled. Spirit Airlines collapsed.

On Saturday, May 2, Spirit Aviation Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Spirit Airlines, announced that the carrier started a wind-down of operations, effective immediately.
All Spirit flights have been cancelled and customers are being advised to book with other carriers.

Prior to this, it was considering a merger with JetBlue, which also failed.

Spirit Airlines employees approximately 17,000 people. It’s unclear what will happen: when the airline’s operations and flights will cease, and how many people will be impacted by the closure. Spirit Airlines has yet to make an official announcement of the closure.

I'm a little bit of both. It depends on where I'm going. I recommend booking dining reservations for cruising or land trips. But not mandatory.
I like having a plan for each day, but may change it, unless a pre-purchased ticket is required.
To maximize your time in destination is key. I hate to miss seeing something but it happens.
No matter what I always have fun!
