We sold another one of our beach vacation rentals. It was so hard to let this one go, as the ocean views will be about impossible to replace, but I am so excited about having one less vacation rental to get booked, cleaned, and maintained. We still have three, possibly getting down to two, so we will still have availability for our favorite guests. We always look forward to seeing you!

Well, mixed feelings about it, but our Pacific View is in escrow. Sold in the first 24 hours after listing it. Full price and no contingencies.
Buyer, who sounds terrific, did not even see the inside. We are on the fence about selling our condo directly below it, but Mama wants a chicken farm. Daddy says Mama can have whatever the heck she wants because Mama has earned it. Mama loves Daddy. :)
