We—Brendan and Cyndi Conway (Rumfola)—grew up in the Dansville/Wayland, NY area. Visiting home regularly to see family and friends was always part of our yearly plans. Wanting a comfortable place to stay, we purchased this house on a quiet street in downtown Dansville. Now,

we’d love to offer it to you when you’re planning your own visit. Just send us a quick message with a few details and any questions you may have. I’ll respond within 24 hours to talk through your needs. We’re also listed on Airbnb if you prefer (please note: Airbnb’s service fees will apply). This beautiful old home was built in 1862 and sits nestled in a serene valley surrounded by scenic state parks, lakes, ski resorts, and charming wineries. Inside, antique furnishings—each with its own story—blend with modern conveniences, creating a cozy, nostalgic feel reminiscent of visits to Grandma’s house. Enjoy your morning coffee or catch the evening breeze from the front or side porch, and feel free to invite family or friends to join you. We’re located just a few blocks from downtown Dansville.
