My Mondays are usually spent with my Grandma.
During the summer season, she helps me do the cleaning at my Buck Moon Airbnb.
This Monday, she was helping to rehab my beloved Mother In Laws Tongue plant.
We did some math and figured this plant is over 30 yrs old. She gave it to me when I moved into my first apartment, over 20 yrs ago! And it had a long life even before that!
But we had an OOPS this winter, and I found myself dealing with a strong case of root rot.
After Google gave us 4 ' PROVEN' methods for propagating, we went all in!
I am currently on day 2 of letting my cuttings " callus."
Here is to me crossing my fingers and praying to the Green Thumb Gods. Because Buck Moon needs its heritage plants back!!

The guests at my vacation rentals always ask what to do, where to go, and things to see.
I've created curated lists of all my favorite stops, and what to do and buy when you get there.
I always tell them they simply can not come to Lafayette County without stopping at our wonderful cheese stores.
I have a list of all my favorite cheeses and where they are made.
And no cheese stop is complete without some delicious sausage! .cattle.company

Is anyone else ready for spring?
I love a mix of bright flowers and getting all my vacation rentals adorned with pots and plants to create beautiful blooms all season long!

Full disclosure - until 2 years ago, I could plant some beautiful pots, but guaranteed I couldn't keep them watered.
Until, my friend told me about Proven Winners water systems.
