Pet Friendly. No Smoking. The two ensuite primaries with king beds open to the gulf-front balcony. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have queen beds. Bedroom 5, the bunk room, has two full over full bunk sets and is perfect for the kids. The large kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, and all amenities of home. There is an outside shower to wash off, an outdoor grill, outsi

de dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table. The laundry includes a full size washer and two dryers. TV's in each bedroom plus the living room. This home requires a Saturday to Saturday 7 night stay during Spring Break, Summer and Holidays. This is a Non-Smoking Property. Covered parking for your cars. You must be 25 or older to rent this property. No Exceptions! Pets allowed. $100 per dog. 2 dog max
