Want to know a secret? Fall is my absolute favorite time to visit Dauphin Island. Fewer crowds, milder temperatures (but the water is still warm), and lots of local events make it the ideal time to visit. Don’t forget that rates are lower and check-in and check-out dates are flexible, too. While we are gulf view (not gulf front), beach access is easy using the neighborhood elevated boardwalk, which connects the tennis court, pool, bathroom, and sandy beach. Yesterday we said “see you later” to someone incredibly special to our team.
Tori has spent the past four summers with us on the Island as an inspector with Coastal Cleaning. From making sure every home was spotless and guest-ready, to always showing up with a smile, Tori has been an essential part of our team!
This fall, she’s headed to William Carey University to pursue her doctorate in physical therapy and we couldn’t be more proud! While we’re sad to see her go, we’re so excited to watch everything she accomplishes in this next chapter.
Thank you, Tori, for being you, and for being such an important part of our work family.
It takes a team, and we’re forever grateful for you!

In honor of Shark Week...our Free Family Beach Movie tonight is Shark Tales!! Movies are held at East End Beach and start at dusk, bring a chair or blanket! Guys Grill will be on site serving up some delicious food! Thank you to Greer's Markets for sponorsing our movies!

Need flexibility? As the summer season slows down, we are able to offer more flexibility with check-in and checkout dates. We still require a 7-night minimum in compliance with our neighborhood rules, but you can easily book a Wednesday to Wednesday stay or a Thursday to Thursday stay. Or book a 10-day vacation. 😊 Whatever works best with your schedule.
