You can call it mouse fever, if you will. For over a decade, often two or three times a year, we have visited the region of Walt Disney World. Our kids were young and we would make the trek down from Canada for the picturesque and often snowy drive to the Sunshine State. We quickly became hooked. Now, here we are, just two empty nester Canadians, sharing our love and passion for Florida. We purcha

sed this lovely home (formerly TLC Villa) and made an ode to carry on a beautiful tradition that was already created. When we aren’t full time real estate agents in Canada, this place is our true getaway. It allows us the time to kick back by the pool and enjoy some silence. Go enjoy a few rounds of golf and humble ourselves by not being professional PGA players. A quick trip to the coast to get our fix of sand and salt air. This home was meant for family and friends to have a place to visit, laugh and create memories. We now want to welcome you to our hideaway and create memories for yourselves. And we do hope, you can make Calabay Getaway your forever place to escape to.

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Ultimate Privacy – No rear neighbors, so you can swim and sunbathe in peace. Plus, we have a huge backyard!

🤫 Tranquility – Escape the hustle of Highway 192. This is a safe, quiet, and peaceful community.

⛳️ Golf Lover’s Dream – ChampionsGate is just a stone’s throw away.

🛒 Convenience – We can walk to Publix, Chick-fil-A, and Starbucks!

🎢 Theme Park Access – Close enough for fun, but far enough to avoid the crowds.

Most of all, when you drive into Calabay, it feels like home. We hope you feel that, too. 🩵

🐬 Discovery Cove - Orlando
In all our visits to Orlando, we have never ventured to Discovery Cove. We decided to take one for the team and go investigate this little gem.
Beach resort vibe, in the heart of Florida.
🏊‍♀️ Chill on one of the many sun loungers or float down the heated lazy river.
🐠 See and swim with countless marine life. Even snorkel with the rays.
🐦 A stunning aviary filled with exotic birds and flamingos.
🍹All you can eat and drink. This resort is all-inclusive. You can upgrade to a cocktail plan, too.
🌞 Cabana rentals! We love the sunshine, so we found the cabanas to be too shaded. Could be great for a large group or a very hot summer visit. We were happy with the included sun loungers.
We loved our day here, and having pretty much everything included was 10/10!
