So exciting!

According to sources of a recent report by the Wall Street Journal, tickets to Epic Universe could be going on sale as soon as this month. The report also indicates that Universal is planning an early Summer 2025 launch of Epic Universe, as early as Memorial Day Weekend 2025.

Universal has not officially confirmed an opening date for the park, or ticket sales.

It's been forever since I've posted! 🙈 We've had some calls and texts so I wanted to hop on and let everyone know we are 100% okay. If you ever need to ride out a hurricane, Lelani Luxury is a great place to do it.
As a new community, we are elevated high up on sand brought in by the developer. Also, since we are new, we are built to Florida's newest building codes which requires concrete exterior walls on first floor and hurricane windows and doors. I've seen reports of vinyl fence damage but nothing serious. Thankfully, we didn't lose power, internet or water.

As the homeowners take over from the builder, we are excited to see changes at an already amazing Resort. One of those changes is more guest activities! Happy early Mother's Day everyone!

I, for one, will be enjoying the amazing weather that has arrived in ND after some much needed rain. 🌞

It's probably not the most exciting feature for most, but we know it will mean so much to those who need it. ❤️ Today, we installed grab bars in the two first-floor showers!

Making the home as accessible as possible has always been a priority for us. Other details that were chosen for accessibility are the pool rail, no footboards on beds, dining chairs with arms, and the height of the couch, which will allow for a hoyer lift if needed. We will continue to improve the home for a great guest experience for all.

There are many things that Lelani Luxury apart, but one of those things is maintenance and improvements. In the Orlando area, it is common for photos to be taken and then minimum maintenance to be done after the home starts renting. As a guest, you have no idea what the condition will be when you get there. Beds may be broken, furniture may be torn or missing and walls may be covered in scuff marks and holes.
At Lelani, we always aim to meet or exceed your expectations when walking through the door and will work hard to correct anything that may come up. ❤️

Traveled to Florida to put in a handle that's easier to open, IYKYK 🤣
The handle is new but I'm actually here to do some maintenance and add some new features that will be revealed next week!
