Enjoy your dream holiday in Orlando whilst at this three bedroom villa on Tuscan Hills. The villa has a pool deck with an outside dining area, the perfect place to relax at the end of a fun day in the parks. When it gets too hot outside, head indoors to the lounge, or make use of the pool table in the games room. The property is on Tuscan Hills, a gated community with a load of on-site facilities for guests to use during their stay. You can let the little ones run about in their own dedicated play area, before facing off against family and friends in the volleyball or tennis courts. You can also maintain your fitness regime in the community's on-site gym. Tuscan Hills is along the US27 in Davenport, around 15-30 minutes from the major tourist attractions in Orlando, such as the Disney parks, SeaWorld and Universal Studios. A short drive from the US27 is the junction to the US192, a popular destination for those wanting to have time together away from the parks, or to splash some of their holiday cash in the many shops, bars and restaurants that line the street.
Living Accommodation - The lounge is near the entrance to property with seating for six guests on a corner sofa, around a wall-mounted flat screen TV as well as a set of patio doors leading out onto the pool deck.
The kitchen - With white appliances and a breakfast bar for two, is to the rear of the property and adjoins the lounge. The dining area, for six people, is nearby and is located near a second set of patio doors out onto the pool deck.
Bedrooms - The Master bedroom is to the right of the kitchen. This has a King-size bed, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, near the front of the property, has a Queen-size bed with Bedroom 3, next door, containing Twin beds. For the convenience of guests, all bedrooms have flatscreen TVs.
Outdoor Living - The pool deck has an outside dining area for you to tuck into an alfresco meal at the end of your action-packed day in the parks.
Entertainment - For those who enjoy a little competition, the villa has a games room housing a pool table
Facilities at the villa - towels, beach / pool towels, face flannels, tea towels, dish cloths, all bed linen, board games, playing cards, books, DVD player and DVD’s, Play Station 3 with games, hairdryers. All this is included in the price of the villa rental cost.
