Welcome to our beautiful Canadian owned 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom home. Our home offers peaceful and comfortable surrounding while still being close to all the excitement. Highland Reserve is a fantastic development that offers everything you need to make wonderful new memories on your vacation. g coffee or unwind in the evening. Our beautiful unit has granite countertops, full sized appliances, and all the utensils and cookware you need to feel right at home. We also offer free wifi and free long distance calling to anywhere in the continental US during your stay. For the golf lovers, you will have access to many golf courses in the area including Champions Gate, Highland preserve, Mystic Dunes, Reunion, and more - all minutes from your doorstep. Family fun is just around the corner with Disney less than a 15 minute drive away and Universal studios only 25 minutes away. If shopping is your pleasure, Orlando offers a number of great shopping venues to choose from. There are 2 premium outlets in the area along with the Florida Mall and Mall at Millenia. Convenience is also just around the corner. Publix is located adjacent to the property and is less than 0.5 km away, as well as several restaurants including Applebee’s. CVS pharmacy is just across the street and there is even a medical center within walking distance. Wal-Mart is approximately 4 km away with target approximately 5 km away. Everything you need for your stay is at your fingertips. Note: You must be at least 21 years of age to book the unit and proof of identification will be required. For stays less than 5 days a cleaning fee of $100 will be applied.

We are always trying to keep our unit with new furnishings and amenities. Some of our recent upgrades to our condo include:

New dishwasher
New 42 inch tv for the main room
New sofa
New keypad door lock with new code for each guest
Replaced cutlery and small appliances including kettle and coffee pot

Our condo sleeps 8 people, has a full kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, wifi, long distance to Canada and much more.

The complex has 2 pools, a hot tub, a splash park, BBQs, business center, exercise room, and games room. Located just a 5 minute walk away is Publix, Applebee’s, and various restaurants and shops.
