It’s awesome to have kind and generous people as customers. We took a trip to the Vera Bradley annual sale in Fort Wayne, Indiana on Wednesday. The group donated 65 gently used purses, tote bags, and wallets to share with those less fortunate in our community. When families are struggling to make ends meet, a purse or a wallet is very low on the list of things to buy. But ladies, don’t we all know that our purses are key to our success in life! Lol! They carry all of our precious cargo. Thank you very much for those who donated. They’ve already been delivered to Threads of the Miami Valley.

Today was our spring trip to the Snooty Fox consignment stores in the Cincinnati area. Always a fun group of women and lots of beautiful bargains. Bags full of dresses, shoes, shirts, jewelry, purses, lots of home decor and accessories. And then there’s always something to surprise us… This huge and heavy pottery barn dresser. It was a great deal and she had to have it. So with a little help from her friends, it got loaded on the bus.

But you have to make your reservation THIS WEEK! Friday is my last day to hold these seats so call before noon. Tickets would be a great holiday gift for a theater lover.
