🚧 9/11 ROADWAY UPDATE:
The FDOT contractor is completing a temporary road patch today, allowing the roadway to temporarily reopen.
The roadway will remain open through Tuesday, September 15. It is scheduled to close again on Wednesday, September 16, for the final repaving.
The final repaving and closure are expected to take approximately 24 hours, after which the roadway is expected to reopen.

🚧 S. Peninsula Drive Road Closure 🚧
S. Peninsula Drive near 3221 S. Peninsula Drive will close beginning tonight due to damage to a City sanitary sewer line, which has caused a significant depression in the roadway.
FDOT has confirmed that repair work will begin tomorrow morning. The closure is expected to remain in place through the weekend and could extend into early next week. Traffic will follow the same detour used during the recent Port Orange water-main repairs.
Please avoid the area, follow all posted detour signs and allow additional travel time. We will provide updates as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience!
