Happy 93rd birthday to my fabulous Grandma B! A friend to all, she is ever-optimistic, known as the “hostess with the most-ess”, always smiling and doing her little hum of a laugh. Her hospitality and warm welcome to everyone who crosses her threshold was my inspiration for Grandma B’s House.

Today we celebrated with fried chicken and all the fixin’s, flower arranging, bingo and cake. 🥰

With all the negativity swirling around us this week…economy, politics, Olympic drama…I just want to say this. Do not be distracted. There is beauty right in front of you. Focus on the now in your life: the laughter of children, the cuddle with your partner, the peace in prayer. These are the real things. The sun is shining. It’s a beautiful day! ☀️🥰☀️
