My heart is so full after an incredible few days at Future Leaders in Travel. 🤍

To be selected as one of just 75 advisors from hundreds of applicants was an honor I didn’t take lightly, but being there reminded me that this experience was about so much more than being selected.

It was about the conversations, the connections, the supplier relationships, the vulnerable moments, and being surrounded by people who truly understand this industry. I learned, laughed, stepped outside my comfort zone, asked hard questions, shared pieces of myself, and left feeling more confident in the direction I’m headed.

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who poured into me, challenged me, encouraged me, and created space for me to grow. And to the other advisors who quickly became friends, thank you for making me feel like I belonged in that room.

I arrived questioning whether I was ready for an opportunity like this. I’m leaving reminded that I didn’t end up in that room by accident.
