Ok, my week is already a good one: got this review in my inbox from my new clients.

The wife is mostly confined to a wheelchair and desperately wanted to go to Banff. Most tour operators couldn’t accommodate her and they didn’t know how to move forward when she was referred to me.

Ended up adding her friend a few weeks before travel also! They started in Vancouver, then sent all three of them on Rocky Mountaineer for a few days. Next up was custom private touring in Banff and Calgary for them so that she had the most access possible.

A land of legends for many: got these adorable panda pics from my clients who are visiting the Panda Sanctuary in Chengdu, PRC.

When I plan trips to China, they are often extra special to my heart: many (not all) are for adoptees who are going back to visit their birth country. A few extra lucky ones, like this family, are visiting their child’s birth family (which is rare).

I’m always extra honored to be a part of planning these homeland trips.

Sometimes the best gift of travel…often…is when you forget to deal with social media. So in the past week plus, we finished up in Rome, took the train to Bari, drive down to Lecce, back to Bari for a few nights and then finished up with a smart taste of Milano.
