Foodie Review - Quesa Loco (Orlando) Tried a new to us taco spot in Orlando. Tacos were pretty good with tons of meat and I thoroughly enjoyed the queso fundido. John got a lot of tacos, but specifically the birria tacos which sometimes are hard to find. The staff were pleasant (saying something these days) and it had a comfortable atmosphere. Garden Update June...I'm overwhelmed with tomatoes and peppers. Preparing to make tomato sauce, hot sauce, and hot pepper jelly. I've been making spicy pickles, dill pickles, and pickled green beans. Collards look to be done for the season. I'm still hopeful my corn and broccoli might make it if the rain and heat doesn't do them in. Checkout the watermelon too. Happy with what I've been able to get this year despite life's hiccups and weather issues.

Athens Theatre - The Rocket Man Show was fantastic last night. Sold out show for the theaters 101st anniversary. The show was fun and the crowd was very involved. Di Fara Pizza in Brooklyn definately has a rich history of being known as one of the BEST slices on NYC, but as with most rich histories they do sometimes fade and the memories, the nostalgia and stories of when and do you remember are all that keeps people coming back, and even that fades will eventually fast too and I feel like Di Fara’s nostalgia is coming to an end. The slices weren't bad, I will probably keep coming back “occasionally” for a little longer but they just weren't the same as when Domenico DemMarco better know to the locals as “The Old Man” was making the pies! Now as I'm told the kids have taken over and it just doesn't feel or taste the same...
