The 171st Old Settlers Festival is happening now in Downtown Delphi and this longtime Carroll County tradition is the kind of small-town summer festival we love! Carnival rides, games, food, vendors, live music, history and plenty for the whole family!
Old Settlers has roots dating all the way back to 1855, making it one of Carroll County’s most treasured traditions.
