These changes are part of the City's comprehensive parking plan designed to encourage turnover, improve access to local businesses, and keep parking available when and where it’s needed most.

Impacted Parking Areas:
City Garages: Old School Square Garage, Robert Federspiel Garage, and iPic Garage
City Parking Lots: Railroad Lot, Village Lot, Gladiola Lot, and Veterans Park Lot
Metered Side Streets: NE/SE 1st Ave, 2nd Ave, 3rd Ave, and 4th Ave

New Rates:
City Garages: $1.50/hour
Surface Lots: $2/hour
Metered Side Streets: $3/hour

Important Details:
