Mr Emory Kennedy won the first COTR race in 1978 when it was a 10K! He came back today to race with us again! Mr Kennedy is from Meridian, Mississippi.

Thomas and Dagmara Ehrnleitner are vacationing in the United States from Austria! They picked four 5Ks to participate in throughout the Southeast. Two in Texas, one in Mississippi and one here in Demopolis, Alabama. They found our event on runningingintheusa.com

Mr Ehrnleitner was the overall winner with a time of 19:46 while Mrs Ehrnleitner was the overall female winner with a time of 24.17.

They performed well in the race and definitely won the prize for who traveled the furthest. ❤️💚
