SOME MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT USING A TRAVEL AGENT:


“TRAVEL AGENTS WON’T GET ME THE CHEAPEST PRICE”
As a travel agent someone’s budget is high priority, but it is our job to insure our customer enjoys their vacation. I will do my absolute best to find you the best prices for the best places, and even better I will try to build your dream vacation on YOUR budget. Just because hotel “A” is cheaper does not mean you and your family/friends/significant other want to sleep there!
“TRAVEL AGENTS ARE EXPENSIVE”
This is the big one! You don’t pay me a dime, all you pay for is your travel cost flight, car service, hotel, cruise, resort, etc. I get paid by the vendor!
“IT IS EASIER TO USE THE INTERNET AND BOOK MYSELF”
While the internet is an amazing resource it CANNOT replace a personal touch. You cannot call an online vendor all hours of the day and you will have to go to several different websites to put an entire vacation together. (P.S some websites charge booking fees)
