New Low Rates. 200 yards from the beach! A three-minute walk past the Dennis Senior Softball Field and down the apple blossom path gets you to Corporation Beach where you can turn right to spread your beach towel or go left to be closer to the snack shack. The Seaside Cottage is located near Dennis village, which hosts several restaurants, village shops and venues with live performances. Time stops when you enter this simple, 1940s era, 3-bedroom cottage, harkening back to the age of knotty-pine walls, board games and stargazing. The 750 sq. ft. cottage is well maintained, surrounded by open space, has an outdoor and an indoor shower, and is located on a road with little traffic. Pets okay. No AC, cable or Wi-Fi. Must bring your own linens. Maximum occupancy is 7. SEE FB page Cape Cod Vacation Cottage. $150/night, rental periods cannot be altered. 14.45% tax additional fee. $100 cleaning additional fee. Returned Lease Agreement, 50% reservation deposit, and security deposit ($500) required to hold reservation. Remainder due Day 1. Security deposit refunded one week after checking out.
